Being a 50+ year old - I've always been scared of walking into gyms. I suffer from Arthritis and bad knees. I love Spectrum Gym as I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. Spectrum Gym is a great gym, and non-intimating. The staff are wonderful! I love my workouts, I feel better for it and fitter already! Can't recommend Spectrum Gym highly enough.
