                                                                                            • Abs, Butt & Thighs
                                                                                              • Abs, Butt & Thighs (ABT)  is a 30 minute class that that will target your trouble spots!   A fun, quick and easy workout with the focus on abs, butt and thighs!   Just in time for Summer!      The  Perfect class for all levels, beginners - advanced.  Low impact.    
                                                                                            • BootCamp
                                                                                              • Bootcamp is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns using various types of fitness equipment such as ropes, kettlebells, cargo nets and sleds and our Spectrum Gym custom made bootcamp facility! 

                                                                                                Our Bootcamps are designed for maximum calorie burn.     You will get fit, healthy and challenge yourself with a variety of fun exercises.
                                                                                                Time efficient training as our classes are just 30 minutes in length.  We will keep you moving and burning fat from the first minute to the very end!
                                                                                            • Fit Box
                                                                                              • Fitbox is a high energy aerobic workout utilizing focus pads, kick pads, heavy bags, and speed balls. This class increases muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness and also includes strength and endurance circuit style training. Excellent for co-ordination, reflexes and to pump out the adrenalin!  The class is 1 hour in duration.
                                                                                            • Fit over 50
                                                                                              • A supervised weights based class.   The program is specifically targeted at anyone over the age of 50.  Learn correct technique for gym exercises while improving muscle strenth and bone mass, felxiblity and joint pain. 
                                                                                            • LIFT IT
                                                                                              • LIFT IT is a 40 minute supervised weights training class for beginners. Learn differet exercises for different muscle groups and how to do exercises correctly and safely in a group environment.
                                                                                            • METAFIT
                                                                                              • Metafit is a brand new fitness craze to hit Australia! Metafit™ combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest interval and Tabata techniques to set the metabolism on fire.    This is a 30 minute ultimate fat blaster workout for those wanting to push themselves to the limit and improve their fitness.
                                                                                            • Pilates
                                                                                              • Strength training movements involving coordinated breathing techniques. Designed to condition and tone the whole body. It corrects muscle imbalances and improves posture.  This class is 1 hour in duration, with a maximum of 12 participants.
                                                                                            • Power Bar
                                                                                              • A class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning. After an initial warm-up, all the major muscle groups are worked via a series of weight-bearing exercises including squats, presses and lifts. The class finishes with a cool-down and stretch. Power Bar is proven to be the world's fastest way to get in shape by research which has confirmed higher than expected fat-burning effects alongside endurance, strength and 'wellness' benefits. There is a maximum of 10 participants per group and runs for 1 hour duration.
                                                                                            • Stretch
                                                                                              • Streching is important for people of all ages.  Improve the flexbility of your joints and muscle with our stretch class.   The class is run by our accredited Exercise Physiologist who will lead you through a series of all over body stretches.  This class is for all levels of fitness.  
                                                                                            • TABATA
                                                                                              • A Tabata workout is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause 8 times for a total of 4 minutes.

                                                                                                Tabata is a great way to improve your fitness and burn fat!    30 minute class 
                                                                                            • TAI CHI
                                                                                              • Tai chi is a non-competitive martial art known for both its defence techniques and its health benefits. Health benefits include: reduced stresspromotion of balance and flexibility, relief with arthritis painimproved circulationrelief for high blood pressureassistance with sleep disordersimproved posture and more.
                                                                                                 
                                                                                            • Yoga
                                                                                              • A general Yoga class suited to beginners and participants with an injury.  The class works with a number of standing, seated, kneeing and lying poses; including balances and strength work. Class finishes with a short guided relaxation and breathing techniques. This class is 1 hour duration. Maximum of 12 participants.


                                                                                            As we have limited spots in our classes, we recommend you book ahead for our Powerbar, Pilates/Yoga.
