                                                                                                                              • BAND CIRCUIT
                                                                                                                                • Resistance training class using resistance bands to get your Biceps, triceps glutes, core and more working out in a fun and innovative way.
                                                                                                                              • BODY CIRCUIT
                                                                                                                                • Body Circuit is a strength and endurance class focussing on using your own body weight as resistance, a great way to get your body truely functionally fit and strong
                                                                                                                              • Fit over 50
                                                                                                                                • A supervised weights based class.   The program is specifically targeted at anyone over the age of 50.  Learn correct technique for gym exercises while improving muscle strength and bone mass, flexiblity and joint pain. 
                                                                                                                              • Pilates
                                                                                                                                • Strength training movements involving coordinated breathing techniques. Designed to condition and tone the whole body. It corrects muscle imbalances and improves posture.  This class is 1 hour in duration, with a maximum of 12 participants.
                                                                                                                              • Power Bar
                                                                                                                                • A class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning. After an initial warm-up, all the major muscle groups are worked via a series of weight-bearing exercises including squats, presses and lifts. The class finishes with a cool-down and stretch. Power Bar is proven to be the world's fastest way to get in shape by research which has confirmed higher than expected fat-burning effects alongside endurance, strength and 'wellness' benefits. There is a maximum of 10 participants per group and runs for 1 hour duration.

                                                                                                                                • Stretching is important for people of all ages.  Improve the flexbility of your joints and muscle with our stretch class.   The class is run by our accredited Exercise Physiologist who will lead you through a series of all over body stretches.  This class is for all levels of fitness.  45 min class

                                                                                                                                • Improve your balance, strength flexibility and mind with a range of movements , poses and breathing exercises to leave you feeling stronger, taller and  more relaxed
