Class Description
Strengthen your body and mind with dynamic boxing workouts, enhancing your agility, power, and focus for peak performance
Circuit is a strength and endurance class focussing on using your own body weight as resistance, a great way to get your body truely functionally fit and strong.
Revitalise your fitness routine with dynamic movements that improve strength, flexibility, and vitality, leaving you energized and empowered
Supervised weights and cardio based class. The program is specifically targeted at anyone over the age of 50. Learn correct technique for gym exercises while improving muscles strength and bone mass, flexiblity and joint pain.
Lift IT is our Strength based circuit class that works towards targeted muscles each session. You learn correct technique and exercise in a fun and social atmosphere.
A class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning. After an initial warm-up, all the major muscles groups are worked via a series of weight-bearing exercises including squats, presses and lifts. The class finishes with a cool-down and stretch. Power Bar is proven to be the world’s fastest way to get in shape by research which has confirmed higher than expected fat-burning effects alongside endurance, strength and ‘wellness’ benefits. There is a maximum of 10 participants per group and runs for 1 hour duration.
Stretching is important for people of all ages. Improve the flexbility of your joints and muscles with our stretch class. The class is run by our accredited Spectrum Trainer who will lead you through a series of all over body stretches. This class is for all levels of fitness.
