Stretching is important for people of all ages. Improve the flexbility of your joints and muscle with our stretch class. The class is run by our accredited Exercise Physiologist who will lead you through a series of all over body stretches. This class is for all levels of fitness. 45 min class

Lift IT

Lift IT is our Strength based circuit class that works towards targeted muscles each session. You learn correct technique and exercise in a fun and social atmosphere.

Power Bar

A class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning. Pilates

Strength training movements involving coordinated breathing techniques. Designed to condition and tone the whole body. It corrects muscle imbalances and improves posture. This class is 1 hour in duration, with a maximum of 12 participants.

Fit Over 50

A supervised weights based class. The program is specifically targeted at anyone over the age of 50. Learn correct technique for gym exercises while improving muscle strength and bone mass, flexiblity and joint pain.

Body Circuit

Body Circuit is a strength and endurance class focussing on using your own body weight as resistance, a great way to get your body truely functionally fit and strong
